I applied to be a Hostess and was lured into being a server because apparently 23 is an older age and serving would suit me better. The interview was very laid back and the manager asked personal questions and we talked personally for a while before she gave me her sales pitch about why working there was going to be beneficial. I could tell she was surprised that I was applying for a food service job with a BS from a 4-year college, but I needed a job. She kept saying that the culture was welcoming and everyone was a "family" which made me feel optimistic about working there. The interview took place on the restaurant floor at a booth. Total time was about an hour.

Describe a time you had to work in a team to complete a task. What was your role?
The interview was a straightforward and easy process. They asked about my availability, transportation, and prior work experience. The interview went by quickly and felt more like a conversation. It seems like they check to see if you fit in well with the team.

Super easy going, was able to talk to them like a friend and barely asked hard questions. More like a conversation than an interview. Interviewer had a lot of calls during it but he wasn’t expecting me
My interview was a bit unique. I was interviewed three times, and the final one was by their manager, Christian. He was over an hour late, which I waited for. I never heard anything again from them after, which I found extremely rude after all that time I waited. It's clear they don't value their employee's time.
