I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Red Robin (Canoga Park, CA) in Aug 2013
Interview
I was interviewed by the general manager and another employee sat in to listen. I guess she was the hiring manager. The interview went pretty well. It was more of a casual set up so it wasn't nerve-racking. The general manager was an old man and he seemed pretty friendly. They didn't ask any hard questions. It lasted for about 10 minutes and I wore a business casual attire.

Question 1
How comfortable I am working with people in a fast paced environment.
Super easy going, was able to talk to them like a friend and barely asked hard questions. More like a conversation than an interview. Interviewer had a lot of calls during it but he wasn’t expecting me
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! The interviewer spend most of the interview pulling up my application on her phone that I had to help her find. Asked me 2 questions then told me I’d get a call back the next day. It’s been two weeks. This is embarrassing for your entire team please fix yourself.
