I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Red Robin (Apple Valley, CA) in Oct 2019
Interview
Met first with an assistant manager who asked basic questions about former experience. Then met with the general manager who asked for me to describe myself and then let the conversation evolve from there. We ended up talking about climate change and veganism, but no typical interview questions.
The interview was a straightforward and easy process. They asked about my availability, transportation, and prior work experience. The interview went by quickly and felt more like a conversation. It seems like they check to see if you fit in well with the team.

Question 1
How comfortable I am working with people in a fast paced environment.
Super easy going, was able to talk to them like a friend and barely asked hard questions. More like a conversation than an interview. Interviewer had a lot of calls during it but he wasn’t expecting me
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! The interviewer spend most of the interview pulling up my application on her phone that I had to help her find. Asked me 2 questions then told me I’d get a call back the next day. It’s been two weeks. This is embarrassing for your entire team please fix yourself.
