I applied online. I interviewed at Red Robin (New York, NY) in Feb 2021
Interview
Asked a few questions and he was very nice! He was very professional and asked about school and other jobs I have had and we also talked about my previous job experiences and I told him why I would be a good fit for the position
The interview was a straightforward and easy process. They asked about my availability, transportation, and prior work experience. The interview went by quickly and felt more like a conversation. It seems like they check to see if you fit in well with the team.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How comfortable I am working with people in a fast paced environment.
Super easy going, was able to talk to them like a friend and barely asked hard questions. More like a conversation than an interview. Interviewer had a lot of calls during it but he wasn’t expecting me
My interview was a bit unique. I was interviewed three times, and the final one was by their manager, Christian. He was over an hour late, which I waited for. I never heard anything again from them after, which I found extremely rude after all that time I waited. It's clear they don't value their employee's time.
