Phone and in person interview. The in person portion was one-on-ones with three different people. My only complaint is that I had to follow up with the company several times and never heard back until a couple months later I received a generic HR e-mail that I did not receive the job. I feel that a personal call or even just an e-mail is considerate given the time that I spent interviewing.
