Phone Interview which included personality test followed by Mock script call, which I passed and was told I did better than anyone he'd ever heard. Appointment for an interview where I was ushered in and sat next to an agent and listened in on his call.

Submitted application online then standard phone screen. It was not too difficult and there were no questions asked that I found to be confusing. There were some scenario questions "Tell me about a time" that may be challenging depending on experience.

List your sales experience and if it was one call close.

I had a good interview with some mocking practice. There was waiting time before interview, the waiting time was 25- 40 minutes. I had to wait for a long time, but the Zoom interview was good.
