I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Red Ventures (Fort Mill, SC) in Oct 2015
Interview
I applied online on a Friday and received an e-mail confirmation Monday. In that e-mail they wanted me to go on to a short phone interview. The phone interview took place on Wednesday. I pasted the phone interview and was asked to come in Friday for a one on one interview. So today (Friday) was my one on one. Its was good and they were very nice. They asked me questions about experience I have had in sales (if any) and asked me about some previous sales situations (positive and negative ones). You also have to do a mock sales call which is done with the interviewer. It's done by script which they e-mail to you in advance. You don't have to memorize it, they have you read from it in the interview. But there are parts which they want you to improvise. You also watch a short video of a sales call. All in all it was good and the make you feel comfortable. They said they would send a e-mail by Monday on wether to move forward. So As of the time of writing this review I don't know if I got the job or not.

Question 1
How have you handled miscommunication between you and management in the past?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Red Ventures (Charlotte, NC)
Interview
The interview process was smooth. Normal
questions & they’re very straight forward , look into the company before applying cause they ask you about it. It’s also very hard to get an interview with red ventures so if you got it then they’re really looking forward to hiring you. Also they’re going to ask you to sell something to them, they’ll pick an object in the room and you have to make a pitch on the spot but they are very friends & will train you very well
