I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Red Ventures (Fort Mill, SC) in Jan 2016
Interview
The process started out with a phone interview which lasted maybe 5 minutes. In this interview the lady I was talking to asked me about my previous work history and why I wanted to apply for this position at RV. The next round was the onsite interview. This lasted 1.5 hours. It starts out with a brief introduction, a video about RV and what it is like being on the sales side, and in the video you witness a live call (well I think it was staged but it gets the point across). You are encouraged to take notes and I jotted down a few things. The next is the individual interview where you are asked a series of situational questions. Then it is time for the mock call sales script (you are encouraged to practice and take notes before the interview and it really helped). After the call I was asked to rate myself and critique my pros and cons. I did this and after the interview did the same. After that I was shown around a little bit of the building and I left. 15 minutes later I had a background check in my email and one hour later I was called and offered a position!

Question 1
How have you handled miscommunication between you and management in the past?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Red Ventures (Charlotte, NC)
Interview
The interview process was smooth. Normal
questions & they’re very straight forward , look into the company before applying cause they ask you about it. It’s also very hard to get an interview with red ventures so if you got it then they’re really looking forward to hiring you. Also they’re going to ask you to sell something to them, they’ll pick an object in the room and you have to make a pitch on the spot but they are very friends & will train you very well
