I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Redbox in Aug 2010
Interview
I recieved a call from a recruiter in chicago asking me if i was interested in a position. I was then given a short phone interview asking basic question about my interest and what i was looking to gain out of working for the company. I was told what to expect regarding wages, benes, scheduling, etc. She was very informative and really made the company seem like a great place to work.
About a week after the phone interview I got a call from a manager to set up a date for an in person interview. The manager showed me how the job would be performed and details of the position. Interview was very laid back. I felt comfortable and completely confident. After interview I was told I'd hear something in about a week. After a week went by i contacted the recuiter several time inquiring about the position and was told every time to "give the manager more time." Finally I decided to call manager directly and was informed that the position was filled a week prior to my call.
The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Redbox (Oregon City, OR) in Jun 2018
