      General Interview

      Mar 24, 2011
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Oakbrook Terrace, IL
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Redbox (Oakbrook Terrace, IL) in Jan 2011

      Interview

Very chaotic. Learned about posting from a recruiter. Was contacted intially by phone by HR. Very basic questions about background, interest. Took alot of emails to set up a time to talk. No follow-up until 1 month later with an email from hiring mgr. Discussion went well, invited to interview with Mgr. and teammates. HR called to change time day before. Went to interview and hiring mgr. was 'not available'. Waited 45 minutes until next round of panel interviews by different biz areas. Overall, smart group with an aggressive desire to be on the leading edge of technology. Pros-Seemed like dedicated, fun group of people to work with. Cons- Very disorganized and not respectful of the canidates time or courtesy of a reply for inquiries. Most companies respond back, even if you are not the canidate of choice.
