Interview
This interview was for Leadpages, a company that Redbrick owns. Initial phone screen (15 min) + Take home assignment + 1h30 tech interview. The first stage was a short interview with the HR. It's a chill interview just to explain the position, talk about your work experience, and evaluate your communication. The second stage is a take-home assignment where they give you a front-end project using React and ask you to implement a toast and save some data on the page. The third stage is a 1h30 interview with 5 to 6 people from the tech team, where they will evaluate your code and ask you to explain why you did your code the way you did and how you can improve it. Later on, they'll ask more broad questions, concepts, and questions about previous projects you've worked on. Overall the process seemed like an easy one, but they ghosted me after the last interview. The HR never gave me feedback about my results, even when I sent a follow-up email asking about it. This is really disrespectful.

Interview
Applied through their website; contacted through school job board for a video interview. This position was for their Assembly digital media company.
They greeted themselves and stated it would be an informal interview. Provided a bit of context on their roles and what Assembly does. They sounded very impressed with my answers and overall presentation.
Ghosted a week later, never heard from them even after sending a follow-up email.
