The job was secured from the Workforce Commission by recommendation. The company called me to set up a time to interview. The on-boarding was difficult and poorly communicated to me as a candidate. I was told to come in and start work on Monday, and when I did , I was sent home 1/2 thru the day because HR communicated to my manager that I was not officially hired. I felt humiliated, but left and came back the next day. Ironically, nothing went smooth within my 3 days of employment, and my supervisor (same person that interviewed me) was a total jerk and got mad when I asked logical questions about training and support. The job was a perfect demonstration when you have a boss that is ignorant of his job as well as yours.
