I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Redfin in May 2016
Interview
Included a phone screen and in-person. Overall the process was fine, but in the end there was not a fit and an offer for the particular role. Not a problem,
The only issue I'd have is post interview there were no responses from the company other than canned emails, even though i had asked specific questions that should elicit at least a human response. If someone bothers to come in for an interview, they at least warrant a bit of follow up. Who knows.. the candidate may be a perfect fit for another role and/or may know someone else who is a good fit, now or later. As it was left, I wouldn't be enthused about applying again to the company or recommending to others.
Great prices. Friendly recruiter. The interview process is a multiple-stage process for hiring new employees. The stages mainly comprise job interviews held either one-on-one, with a group of candidates, or with a panel. Interviews are conducted in person, over the phone or by email, or via video conferencing tools.
Great interview process start to end. Very timely and professional. Easy scheduling and when I had to change a few times and dates due to personal reasons, they were very friendly and accommodating. Great at follow up afterwards as well.
