I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Redfin (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2016
Interview
Very corporate. They basically asked three questions. I found them illogical in the Real Estate industry. They give a ton of money back to a buyer, but they hardly pay their agents anything. Real estate agents do a lot of work and often go unappreciated. I became very un-interested in employment during the interview when I realized how unbalanced they are. Not to mention bribing some one to buy with them(unethical). There is advertised verbiage that they value their employees but I did not get that in the interview. I was told the expectations and asked how I would handle a work load.

The interview process was smooth and systematic. 4 steps: Screener, Recruiter,Manager, Market Manager. The recruiter is there for questions throughout the process. They are very helpful. Almost rooting for you to get the job.
