I applied online. Recruiter contacted me and conducted phone interview. I then with a market manager for an in person interview. After than, they had me meet with a team manager and an agent.
I was contacted by the recruiter one week after my 3rd interview to let me know they did not want to move forward with me. Totally fine, as I wasn't sure I wanted to position, however, the market manager made it pretty clear he wanted me on board. Not sure what happened, or if I misunderstood. The recruiter would not give any specific feedback as to why they did not make an offer.
Overall, a pretty clean process.

Video interview, in depth and challenging. They are strict on who they hire to make sure the agent aligns with the values of their company. I found the interview to be detailed and thoughtful.
