Interview
I was first contacted by one of the recruiters and had a short 15 minute phone conversation to go over my experience and the job description. After I was scheduled for a group interview at the office where we where we did an ice-breaker activity, asked 3 questions about our previous history, had to read an article from the CEO and discuss thoughts, and then broken up into groups for a scenario. After this interview I was asked to complete a ZOOM video interview where i was asked the same questions in the phone and group interview. I thought that the group interview was not a great way to get to learn about each candidate and we were fighting for talking time.
