Four step interview process that included one in person, one on phone and two over Zoom. I went through four levels of people - recruiter, local team lead, market manager, and new market manager. It was nice being able to talk with people pretty high up in the company. They really care about hiring people that fit with the company. Super friendly staff!

The interview was a phone interview then followed by a video one. The video one was self recorded and only a few questions. They will hire anyone for an AA.
Interview was virtually sent in. They send you questions and you record video of your response (pre-rocorded). You can redo your response as many times as you need. Took me around 30min to prepare my answer.
