Interview Process was arduous and tedious border line ridiculous actually. You will have to do a phone interview, written test, and then two in person interviews with a final interview via skype session. Honestly most of the upper level management there have been with company for very little time which is a major red flag. Nobody stays with the company for a very long time and there is ABSOLUTELY NO WORK LIFE BALANCE AT REDFIN!.The managers and employees will even admit there is none if you ask. You will be over worked and under paid for the volume and amount of paperwork and deals you will have to push through. If you have any worth while real estate experience, or if you have any chance of being a successful agent on your own in the future they will not hire you. Do not waste your time! I repeat do not waste your time! Most of the people responsible for doing the hiring at Redfin are older agents who failed out of business and where not successful and have now returned to work for the man so to speak. They are looking for village idiots and worker bee's ONLY not i repeat NOT knowledgeable agents. It is really a disservice to whatever poor souls choose to be clientele at Redfin honestly. If there is any chance that you will want a personal life and wont want to work all hours, everyday, 7 days a week, 365 days a year you will not be advanced. If you are smart enough to come on glass door and read this, then don't be stupid and waste your time interviewing or working here, Good luck to all #StayWoke
