Submitted an application, was contacted by a member of the rectuiting team about a week later to schedule a phone interview. Phone interview happened in another week then was asked to come in for an in person interview at the end of that week. Met with 3 managers that gave a lot of information about the company and culture and asked general interview questions. Was told I would hear back either way in a couple of days. Heard back in 2 days and was offered the job. I accepted the position.
My interview was remotely done. Relaxed environment. Very conversational to the point that you forget its an interview. Two levels of interviewer to get past to get the invitation to employment.

Phone screening, then two back to back one-on-one Google Meet calls. Everybody was very kind, it did not feel intimidating to speak or converse with them. Questions were what you would expect - tell me about yourself, why do you think youre a good fit, etc
