Online, video-taped interview. You log in and view the questions, and click go when you're ready to respond to the question. I don't think it's a fair way of interviewing. It was convenient, but I come across much better in person. I'm not as photogenic as I was in my younger years, and you can't really tell my personality without interacting with me in person. I can appreciate the fact that their interview process is much quicker now than it used to be, but I don't feel like it gives everyone a chance to shine.
