I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Redfin (Seattle, WA) in Sep 2017
Interview
I applied online, passed an interview and then went to onsite in Seattle.
The interview process was quite simple, a little talking, a coding question and then asking them questions. The interviewers were all really nice and always smiles to you. The second round was a lunch interview, while two people from your future team take you to lunch, and ask you about your projects and behavior questions. The last round of interview was from my future manager. I was too nervous and did awful in coding questions.

Got to the first interview and got cut after. Just asked basic behavioral questions. Wasn't too difficult, but there were probably applicants that gave better answers. Interviewer was nice and kind.
