Applied online then an video interview invitation, I was contacted the following business morning by the recruiter who was very nice and professional, he was pleased with my video interview and assured me that after the holidays I will be contacted by a hiring manager and to be patient. I reached out again afraid of being forgotten, he was kind enough to email me easing my concerns and assured me that I would be contacted by the end of the day (Friday) or no later than Monday. On the following Wednesday I received an email thanking me for my interest in Redfin but that they decided to move forward with another candidate. I never got formally interviewed.
