Interview
There is a lot of phone interviews from the time you apply until the time you get an offer. The in person interview was after four phone calls regarding the position, my skills, and the company. You deal with HR for the phone screens, then talk to the hiring manager, then talk to HR again. Next in the process is doing "homework" related to the position. Finally, you get to the in person interview. If you make it to the end and even if you don't get the job, they do try to find other fits for you if they can.

A phone interview followed by a second interview with the hiring manager followed by a super day and a homework assignment. Was great to meet half of the team and get to know the company better.
