Honestly one of the strangest interviews I've ever had. After passing through the phone screen, I had a video call with the hiring manager. Instead of asking me anything about myself, the manager spent almost the entire interview talking about why they love the company and their experience at the company... didn't ask me any skill testing questions, questions about my past work experience, or anything. Just went on and on about it and then asked me if I had any questions after. Got an automated email afterwards that they somehow forgot to customize- there was placeholder text in the signature. Cool. Maybe I didn't seem engaged enough?
