Typical - apply, video interview, initial phone interview, then met with local agent. Local agent and associate agent were great; however, prior to signing contract, was mislead by corporate personnel. Cannot recommend this company.

The interview was a phone interview then followed by a video one. The video one was self recorded and only a few questions. They will hire anyone for an AA.
Interview was virtually sent in. They send you questions and you record video of your response (pre-rocorded). You can redo your response as many times as you need. Took me around 30min to prepare my answer.
