I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Redfin in Aug 2018
Interview
I applied online and was contacted the same day to set up a phone interview. The interviewer called five minutes early and we talked for about 20 minutes. The first bit was him describing the job, then asking me questions about my experience in real estate.
I did not know that, as an associate agent, you cannot write ANY deals and must refer all incoming business to their lead agents (I didn't even ask how much the referral fee would be). At this point, I informed the interviewer that I was working with active buyers and would not consider a position that required that I give up those clients. He was very responsive of this and helped me get into contact with another recruiter that hired the lead agents.
not difficult ,multiple questions pertaining to your experience i received an email requesting me to schedule a day and time to receive a call from a recruiter. She issued me eight questions

The interview was a phone interview then followed by a video one. The video one was self recorded and only a few questions. They will hire anyone for an AA.
Interview was virtually sent in. They send you questions and you record video of your response (pre-rocorded). You can redo your response as many times as you need. Took me around 30min to prepare my answer.
