Interview
I applied through the university career center portal and received a phone interview; from what I have seen, it seems like I got fast-tracked and skipped the HackerRank completely. The phone interview was 45 minutes, and it was a backtracking problem with some interesting constraints. At least for me, the difficulty of the interview is not any higher than that. I passed the phone interview and got an onsite to their headquarters in Seattle, WA. That consisted of 2 45 minute technical interviews followed by a 1 90 minute lunch interview followed by a final 45 minute technical interview with the manager. Overall, the questions were super easy, and most of them are just simple variation of Leetcode problems or simple design questions. From my onsite experience, everyone is super passionate with what they are doing and seems like they have a good work-life balance, so I accepted the offer for summer 2018 (last year)

It was a VERY long process (initial screening, take home coding, 4 hr interview) and a really long wait between rounds.
Seems like a nice company with nice people, but apply at your own risk because the process is pretty tedious.
