2. Technical Interview with a software engineer. It was challenging
3. Flown out to Seattle. All payments were reimbursed
3a. Interview with experienced SWE. He gave me sample code and asked me to debug it and ask me what I would improve about it. This included debugging test cases. I got to choose my language (Python). They were looking for everything from syntax, coding etiquette (e.g. use underscores in Python), and how you approached the debugging. This was followed by a coding question (Leetcode Easy)
3b. Lunch "interview". Two Redfin SWE's (a little bit older than me) took me out to this really good Italian restaurant. A lot of fun and a lot of behavioral questions
3c. Tech interview: explain a project you've worked on in-depth. They're looking for challenges you faced, how you approached those challenges, how you approached the development of your application, how passionate you are about the application, user testing, etc...
3d. Right after 3c, no break. Immediately: coding interview with behavioral questions. They asked a pretty difficult Leetcode Medium
The reason I rejected the offer was because the position was for Frisco, TX. After visiting the Seattle office, I realized I really wanted to work there (not Frisco), but they had no more openings available

Very practical interview where they asked the ingesting MLS data points and how do we map it on out system. The interviewer was very kind and if youdont know about specific he will take time to explain.
Got to the first interview and got cut after. Just asked basic behavioral questions. Wasn't too difficult, but there were probably applicants that gave better answers. Interviewer was nice and kind.

Question 1
Tell me about a time where you disagreed with a teammate, and how did you resolve it?
There was a phone screening, then zoom interviews. I was asked behavioral questions, and I did well on it. There were technical rounds, and I passed, standard technical questions. Also spoke to the hiring manager for the skills and cultural fit.
