Interview
After waiting sometimes a day or in some cases a few weeks get a call back. They then call and somewhat vet you out and then schedule in person interview. You meet with multiple people and if you have more experience then them they get somewhat combative. Don't try to show your knowledge. They do not call you back to let you know what happened. This is coming from someone who used to work there.

Question 1
They aren't unexpected just the answers. They generally require you answer an above and beyond (which really means when you did someones else job - they value not when you excel but you must do something special like create a spreadsheet with a task list for the agents (sic) or when was hard time that you had to deal with something. They follow a principle of some HR group so when you interview use "I" did this or they will think you didn't do it and be consistent in your stories. It's easy if you want to work there - say you did something odd like visited every diner that was on Guy Fieri's show triple D or that you crochet as a hobby and made quilts for homeless awareness in some downtrodden area and you will get the job or better yet if you have any PR value they will hire you.

Seamless Video Interview Process- A wonderful recruiter reached out to explain the process and followed up two days after submitting the video to notify me of next steps and a final follow up to notify me I got the job! Lovely company and huge props for organizing video submission style interviews during this pandemic!
