Interview
David, the recruiter was a really nice and relaxed individual who made me feel at ease through out the entire interview process.
Questions were relevant to the work experience needed to work as a real estate agent and everything seemed well structured and explained thoroughly.
Only reason I wouldn't rate this as a positive experience, is that it took a long time to finally discuss commission structures, which hasn't been the case at most other brokerage interviews I have taken, and I can understand why.
Probably has the worst agent/broker split I've ever heard of in this industry. You make about $1-1.5k on a $250k sale which is ~0.5% agent commission. Just to put that in perspective, at a brokerage which offers 50-50 commission split with agents (which is very standard, some even offer more) you make around $4-5k on a $250k sale.
Hours sound a bit ridiculous and I can understand why, you need to work 4-5 times as hard just to make as much as an agent from another brokerage would make off 1 sale.
Sounds like a good place to work for if you want to just be handed leads and run around 24/7, but definitely sounds like they get the better end of the deal even with giving you all leads. They also structure their business model as if no other brokerage gives out leads to their agents, which is absolutely not true.

Video interview, in depth and challenging. They are strict on who they hire to make sure the agent aligns with the values of their company. I found the interview to be detailed and thoughtful.
