I was contacted through a recruiter after I filled out an online application. They started with a phone interview to get a feel if you would be a good fit. Once they determine if it would work out you get moved to assessment. This is an easy assessment where you answer and email to a potential customer. You will include links that they ask for about the community. If that goes well you will be moved to a Zoom interview and I met with 2 people at the same time to go over questions. If you make it past that stage the recruiter will reach back out to you and send you an offer letter.

The standard: Why Refin? What can you offer? Give me a time where you went above and beyond. It is best to answer and give examples even when not asked. You are not a robot and should talk and give answers that you normally would. Show your passion for Real Estate and give the parts you love about your job.

Initial interview by phone, 2nd interview with local manager by zoom and 3rd with Market manager by zoom. Overall, insightful and informative process. They are looking for top notch agents so I appreciate the thorough interview process

Interview process was rigorous and thorough. A panel of at least 2 people taking turns asking questions and for real life examples of various scenarios. It's not a place you decide to hang your license and then start working. They really vet you to make sure you are a good fit. They weigh in heavily on your competitive qualities.
