Most of the questions surrounded how I organize my day and what tools I use to do so. The interviewer kept referring to why other candidates did not qualify and would ask me a question, but keep talking. A very negative approach.
Video interview, in depth and challenging. They are strict on who they hire to make sure the agent aligns with the values of their company. I found the interview to be detailed and thoughtful.
