I applied for this local position online, and was contacted via email by a Redfin recruiter who asked me to pick a phone interview time slot via his Calendly portal. He never called me at our appointed time (for which I received an email confirming the exact date and time of our call), so I reached out via email, and he said he didn’t know I had set up an appointment for that day. He then asked me to provide a couple other days that might work for me, and he never got back to me after that. I found the experience to be unprofessional, and it reflected badly on my perception of Redfin.
