Great process. A recruiter will reach out after applying, and send you a link to the interview. The interviews are done through a self paced online interview with pre made questions. It is a little awkward at first, however the more interviews I do this way the more I like it. Took about to a week to hear back and another couple weeks to get onboarded.

The interview was a phone interview then followed by a video one. The video one was self recorded and only a few questions. They will hire anyone for an AA.
Interview was virtually sent in. They send you questions and you record video of your response (pre-rocorded). You can redo your response as many times as you need. Took me around 30min to prepare my answer.
