Straight forward, market manager asked list of questions. All about customer service and how would you handle the situation. Very relaxed zoom meeting; should be easy as long as you have some experience with real estate. It's ok to use your past experience for answers.

I applied online, easy. Submitted a recorded interview, easy. They send you a link to do a recording of yourself answering some questions. After I was scheduled a phone interview and the interviewer no never called. I never heard from them again.
