The overall experience was long and I feel like I should add them to my resume after the writing homework assignment and the 2 1/2 hour interview with 3 different people back to back!! Only one of them seemed professional. Two of the interviewers showed up looking like they rolled out of bed, one was a Director who had terrible lighting. They were all very stuck on your past, not future-based questions which tell me they are not interested in how you would actually perform on the job at hand. It felt like they were unprepared with the exception of the HR and recruiting person, but they were also stuck in the past. Based on the interview experience, I have removed them from my list of employers that I would like to work with even if another great role comes up, I would likely not apply. If you are a leader, you should show up as your best self, not disheveled and unprepared.
