Interview process was okay and got offered to the position by phone after 1 week and waited for 4 weeks to get written offered until found out that the company has hiring freeze. My question is that why would you waste people time if you already knew that there is a hiring freeze. I thought its a great company to work for but it sounds like the Mortgage department is a mess.
