Interview
You are interviewed by co-workers, expect to tell of your successes, and failures, You need to be more of an Image then a Realtor. It would make more sense to be a partner agent and take referrals, that way you will be able to support yourself.

Question 1
There were no difficult questions. The staff is not that trained in the interview process. Unless you are being hired by human resources in Seattle, Redfin is desperate to get and keep agents and staff. The only difficult question they asked is would you be willing to work for less than what you typically expect a real estate agent to make.
Video interview, in depth and challenging. They are strict on who they hire to make sure the agent aligns with the values of their company. I found the interview to be detailed and thoughtful.
