Interview
Applied online, first a phone interview with hiring manager, the coding problem is essentially the same as minimum window substring. Passed the phone interview, but didn't hear from them for almost 2 months. Then I wrote them an email asking what was going on. They said they were rethinking their business strategy and they needed some time to figure out what kind of people they wanted to hire. About a week later finally got my on-site interview arranged.
There were 4 rounds of on-site interviews. First round was an OO design problem about designing battleship game. Next round was about boggle game. Then had lunch with a product manager and a front end programmer, they kept asking you behavioral questions during the lunch so I think that was actually one extra round of interview, just not that formal. After lunch was the third round of interview with a product manager. She showed me their website on her laptop and asked me what I thought could be improved. I think I screwed this one because I'm really not a product guy and I don't think I came up with anything useful. Last round was another coding problem which was quite common, given a target value, find in an array two numbers that sum up to that target value.

A whole round of questions about what feature to add or improve on their website(how can I come up with an improvement within 45 minutes? The website is being used by a lot of people and it's been there for years after all)
Very practical interview where they asked the ingesting MLS data points and how do we map it on out system. The interviewer was very kind and if youdont know about specific he will take time to explain.
Got to the first interview and got cut after. Just asked basic behavioral questions. Wasn't too difficult, but there were probably applicants that gave better answers. Interviewer was nice and kind.

There was a phone screening, then zoom interviews. I was asked behavioral questions, and I did well on it. There were technical rounds, and I passed, standard technical questions. Also spoke to the hiring manager for the skills and cultural fit.
