Phone call after I filled out form on Facebook. Then a second phone call from recruiter manager. The meeting with local team. The position is for entry level real estate broker and it definitely feels like an entry level interview. They don't take into account any other experience you might have had. Feels like they have a script and they stick to it whether you're straight out of college or changing careers.

what i thought was most important when showing a home
The interview was a phone interview then followed by a video one. The video one was self recorded and only a few questions. They will hire anyone for an AA.
Interview was virtually sent in. They send you questions and you record video of your response (pre-rocorded). You can redo your response as many times as you need. Took me around 30min to prepare my answer.
