Started with an online application, I listed a Redfin employee I knew as a referral. The next week, I received and email about scheduling a phone interview. That happened the following week. I found out immediately at the end of the interview that I would get an in-person interview. That was scheduled for the following week. By the end of that week, I received a verbal offer. The in-person interview was with two interviewers, one at a time. It was conversational, rather than running down a list of questions. Each interviewer may have only asked 3 questions. But be prepared to ask questions because that will make up most of the conversation.
