The interview was very direct and just running down a list of question and explaining the role of an associate agent. It is a phone interview in this stage. And I will move on to the next stage for next week, for meeting with local broker.

The interview was a phone interview then followed by a video one. The video one was self recorded and only a few questions. They will hire anyone for an AA.
Interview was virtually sent in. They send you questions and you record video of your response (pre-rocorded). You can redo your response as many times as you need. Took me around 30min to prepare my answer.
