One phone screening with a recruiter & 2 manager interviews. Very straightforward. They asked the typical questions regarding work history, working styles, experience, etc. lots of character questions as well.
Basic questions, and experience…. She asked me a few questions, then basically tried to figure out if I was a right fit for the job and company. Then I waited for a week and I got the offer!
The interview process was pretty standard. I spoke to a recruiter over the phone and then had to send in a video answering a few questions. I was called back within a few days.
It begins with a 30 minute phone call with employee to go over the basics, and have a Q&A. Then there is a follow up call with a manager to go over specifics, followed by an offer package.
