Interview
Weirdest interview ever. Nice guy who didn't really ask me any questions. We discussed the industry and how technology is changing it. I thought we had a good discussion and I brought in my experience and strengths in where ever I could. They only wanted a buyers agent. I have considerable experience working with buyers yet I was notified the next day that they were looking for a different skill set. I think I just don't fit their corporate image and he had already decided that before we sat down. Probably a good thing I wasn't sure if this was right for me either. Not sure if I want to sell my soul to a corporation. You live and die by the feedback you get from the clients; work life balance may be an issue if you have to be working with 30 home buyers at a time and still be present at all home inspections and closings. At least he didn't wait a week to let me know.
