Well , this company seems very shady ! As an experienced agent I asked lots of questions and I guess she did not like it 😦 I decided to give it a try and guess what ? She emailed me back after I had emailed her several times , she stated that management had decided to give someone else a try and that they will keep my info on file . I was very skeptical about my decision and honestly I'm very glad that was her answer , I think I would of regreded joining Redfin !! Plus the reviews on line are not very good . They offer to pay you a very small fraction of the sale of a property and guess what ? They keep the rest ! So for example on a $400,000 sale the agent commission would normally be $12,000 and they only pay 1,500 !!!!!! Crazy isn't it ? I don't know what I was thinking ?

Very professional, looking for affinity with values more than specific skills, very cool process, great people, awesome place, fast and relaxed process. Special company for agents that really want to help and serve consumers. Very tech oriented but overall human oriented.

I applied online, then they sent a video interview questionnaire after I made it through that I was called for an in person interview. It was a panel interview with two people at the table.

What do you know about Redfin?.. basically they did not ask any questions about the sales or transaction process. It was a joke. Very unfriendly and the interviewer would repeat what I replied under her breath rolling her eyes. NO THANK YOU!! Was very disheartening since I like the model and the brand. I do not care about that company now. GOOD LUCK!
