Interview
There were three interviews over the course of almost two months. The first interview was with a recruiter, who explained the "salary" more of a very small stipend and the benefits to amke aure you are okay with it. The next interviews were with the area manager, direct supervisor and finally the regional manager.
Video interview, in depth and challenging. They are strict on who they hire to make sure the agent aligns with the values of their company. I found the interview to be detailed and thoughtful.
