Called by a Recruiter after submitting an online comment form and then I was interview by the Recruiter, Team leader for my area, and Regional manager. The interview with the recruiter was a phone interview from their base location, as was the interview with the regional manager. The interview with the team leader was in person at a coffee shop in the area.

The interview was a phone interview then followed by a video one. The video one was self recorded and only a few questions. They will hire anyone for an AA.
Interview was virtually sent in. They send you questions and you record video of your response (pre-rocorded). You can redo your response as many times as you need. Took me around 30min to prepare my answer.
