I applied for the position and 2 days later received an email to schedule a phone interview. Then after the phone interview I was scheduled for person to person interview(3 people). The whole process took about 3weeks.
Walking into the building was not what I expected. It was old, and the furniture gave me a deja'vu of elementary school all over again. The employees there were very unprofessional. They were cursing and laughing extremely hard while I was being interviewed next to them. I understand Redfin wants to be unique and trendy but there is a place and time.

The interview was a phone interview then followed by a video one. The video one was self recorded and only a few questions. They will hire anyone for an AA.
Interview was virtually sent in. They send you questions and you record video of your response (pre-rocorded). You can redo your response as many times as you need. Took me around 30min to prepare my answer.
