Interview
Got to know the recruiter and was scheduled to have an interview with one of the software engineers after a university careers fair. The interview was conducted through a tool on the popular coding practicing platform, HackerRank. The first few minutes was an introduction, and I was asked some questions about Redfin's website, before we went into the coding question.

What kind of improvements would you suggest to Redfin's website?
Technical question was related to the Mastermind game: Given two integer arrays of the same length, determine the number of strong and weak matches of a user's guess against the Mastermind's array.
Very practical interview where they asked the ingesting MLS data points and how do we map it on out system. The interviewer was very kind and if youdont know about specific he will take time to explain.
Got to the first interview and got cut after. Just asked basic behavioral questions. Wasn't too difficult, but there were probably applicants that gave better answers. Interviewer was nice and kind.

There was a phone screening, then zoom interviews. I was asked behavioral questions, and I did well on it. There were technical rounds, and I passed, standard technical questions. Also spoke to the hiring manager for the skills and cultural fit.
