Interview
nice easy interview. It is pre-recorded and straightforward. They then look at the recording and make an offer within a couple of days. The process is organized and smooth. If accepted they then move to the orientation process
Long and overwhelming. Had to record myself and because I’m awkward on camera it felt uncomfortable and I felt like I made a fool of myself but I called HR and had a great office interview.
The 1st interview will be a recorded video interview with pre written questions. It is best to be prepared like it is a real interview in front of someone, because you will be judged as such.
